  1. Q: "I'm doing a project from Mr. Stevenson Global History, and I'm trying to access the "Destiny Quest" and they ask me my library ID. Can you tell what is it? Thank you"
A: The same user name and password you use to log in to a school computer - don't include @ncps-k12.org (a common mistake)

  3. Q: "Hi! I'm having trouble on R U What U Eat! Step #71 says to compare my countries statistics with the U.S. but where do I find the US statistics?"
A: "Those stats are in the Hungry Planet book (online or in print)."
Q: "I have another question for #71 do I compare US to Egypt with food stats or anything?"
A: "Not necessarily food. Things that could be related to diet would be very good. For example, under nourishment, obesity, life expectancy, etc. You can also choose other statistics that indicate economic status, such as literacy rate, education levels, unemployment rate, etc. The idea behind this exercise is to give you a sense of where your country stands in the global economy. Is it highly developed and affluent, or is it struggling with a very low quality of life?"

  7. Q: "How do u do the meograph? What are you supposed to put on it?"
A: "Instructions from THE ANNEX@ (links below) You will use both Meograph and Smore to communicate your research findings to your class. You will have an introduction to both of these tools. Meograph is a 4 dimensional timeline program which allows you to incorporate time, images and video to show your findings of the geo-ecological events. See a sample Meograph here. Smore is an online poster/infographic that will be the place where you show the significant statistical differences between your country and the United States and explain why these statistics are significant. See a sample Smore here. 13. Q: "Should we use the same statistics for the s'more and the meograph? Does it have to be a specific event or can it just be some facts about a topic such as trade in the country?"
A: "The S'more is going to feature statistics. The Meograph is where you showcase the 5 to 8 geo-ecological events you selected that impacted food culture in your country."
